Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare monthly salary sheets that include all adjustments based on paid time off, overtime, bonuses, commissions, or any other factors.
Process employee government claims such as to GSIS benefit, Phil Health, among others.- Compute the wages due to each employee, according to his contracted payment basis.
Compute bonuses or deductions according to the specific work done by the employee during the period.-
- Calculate deduction of taxes, social insurance, pension contributions and other pay-related obligations
Calculate holiday pay, entitlements, sick pay and other support payments.- Assist employees on government related concerns and processing of government benefits, issuance of BIR TIN and Philippine Health numbers for new hires.
Maintain records of all pay-related amounts.
- Provide needed information to Payroll of Accounting and Finance .
Conduct benefits orientation and prepare contracts for new regularized employees.- Attend to the concerns and queries of employees on their salaries related to their attendance and leave deductions.
Deliver and execute the employee transaction accurately and timely as a hands-on processor.
- Accurately input and maintain employee records and database in the HRIS.
Compliance with e-Tap's safety, security, and information security protocols.- Perform other job-related functions or duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Job Specifications/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree holder in Psychology or degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
At least two (2) years of experience handling compensation, benefits and timekeeping.
