In charge of the spectrum of employee compensation, welfare and benefits administration from government mandated to company sponsored benefits and also supports the HR Operations Manager in other personnel functions
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent
Must have a wide experience on government transactions- Experience in compensation and benefits design program for employees across ranks
