Graduate of 4-year course related to Human Resources
With 5 years of related experience in Compensation and Benefits or 7 years in other areas or HR,
With knowledge in Labor laws,
With analytical skills, problem solving skills, and active listening skills,
Willing to work or relocate in FPIP Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Job Overview
Revise and/or designs communication strategy, principles, and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery information,
Defines annual plan and budget to support sections, department and company initiatives and goals,
Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements,
Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures.
