We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join our team. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing basic healthcare services to our employees, including administering first aid, conducting health assessments, and promoting healthy living within the workplace.
Job Description:
- Administer first aid treatment and provide medication for employees as needed
Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate medical records- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for employee referrals
Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment
- Educate employees on health and safety practices
Keep track of employee health insurance and medical appointments
Requirements:- Proven experience working as a nurse, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
Valid nursing license
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in the workplace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle medical emergencies effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
