Qualifications: With BOSH Certification under OHNAP required
Intermediate knowledge with MS Office
With updated PRC License
Knowledge of DOLE-OSH requirement
Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and incorporate such occupational fitness services, such as preventive health management.
Keep track of employee well-being and reportorial.
Provide first-aid services for injuries and illnesses.
Looks for more experienced medical/health-care services and makes referrals.
Hold a health advice session with a sick employee.
Validate and resolve health problems through a background check and/or a home visit.
Occupational health threats should be tracked, reported, and handled.
Keep an eye on the local and global epidemics, report on them, and provide advisories.
Engage in employee activities that necessitate medical assistance.
Continued personal health education and credential is required.
Manage the medical/clinical services of the organization in a safe and tidy fashion.
Assist with all such tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Check pre-employment medical requirements and annual physical medical examination and documents to make sure that employees are physically fit to work.
Monitor and comply with government-related requirements.
Check for the right HMO services/providers daily.
Handles admin functions
Maybe given ad hoc tasks from time to time
Handles vendor management such as but not limited to admin tasks
