Job Description:Oversees overall employee health status together with the Safety Officer and Company Physician
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer first-aid treatment and medical assistance to all concerned employees.
- Monitor health conditions of employees.
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.- Assist company doctor at all times.
Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
- Responsible for scheduling annual physical exams and checkups for all employees.
- Conducts monthly inventory & requisition of medicines and other medical supplies
Conduct or arrange safety and health seminars, programs and information campaign.- Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assign from time to time.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Board Passer required)- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience, specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
- No work experience required.
Required skill(s): first aid, Occupational Safety And Health, basic life support- Has a good working knowledge medically, Able to provide nursing care duties to ill or injured workers
Flexible, willing to extend working hours in cases of emergency and stable
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to create formal announcements/ letters related to health, wellness or COVID matters- The candidate must be willing to work in Quezon City
