The Company Nurse works under the direction Human Resources. As Company Nurse, the position is responsible in establishing a healthy and productive work environment.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducts frequent evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs such as blood pressure and body temperature;
Administers first-aid treatment to employees who figure in minor accidents;
- Assists in the assessment of employees health condition and makes proper endorsement for physical examination;
Assesses physical wellness of applicants and recommends for pre-employment medical examination;- Inventories and orders supplies and medication as needed;
Engages employees in planned health and wellness programs to improve safety and promote a healthy lifestyle and good work-home balance;
- Act as HR Staff - responsible in timeekeeping processes;
Submits monthly reports that includes, but not limited to: attendance report, attendance violations, and perfect attendance.
Registered Nurse;- No experience in the field of Human Resource required;
Must have experience in first-aid administration;
- BOSH training is an advantage, but not required.
Has excellent verbal communication skills;- Proficient in computer applications specifically MS Office suite of applications.

Pay: Php24,- 00 - Php25,000.00 per month
