Job Description:- Provide on-site support to employees working on a graveyard shift
Conduct health assessments and deliver medical care to employees during the graveyard shift.- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, implementing appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with on-site healthcare team members to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all interactions.
Educate employees on health and wellness initiatives, fostering a culture of well-being.- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for additional medical services and follow-up care.
Stay updated on industry best practices, participating in training programs to enhance skills.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Preferably with BOSH Certification
Preferably with OHNAP Certification- Previous experience in occupational health or a similar healthcare role is advantageous.
Availability and willingness to work the graveyard shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced BPO environment.
