The Company Nurse is responsible for providing general first aid when needed and provides basic healthcare services to a company's employees. The position ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by undertaking administrative duties of Health and Safety. The role is also responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Program, assessing health risks, and maintaining good communication with Stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide basic health care which includes first aid treatment and provide medication for employees as needed.
- Administer the prescribed basic medication and treatment, monitors and records patient's condition, assists injured employees to the nearest hospital.
- Responsible for coordinating company's healthcare partner in terms of Annual Physical Examination and Drug Testing.
- Coordinates with Total Rewards regarding HMO Management which includes but not limited to HMO card handling, and endorsement, inquiries, and concerns about the assigned MBL of employees and dependents, coordination with the HMO provider with regards the concerns and inquiries, etc.
- Validates the submitted medical certification and/or other health documents, and coordinates with clinics and hospitals.
- Provides send home notification to leaders for employees who need medical rest upon assessments and follows up with the employees for the return to work as per advised by the physician.
- Educates employees and/or recommends preventive measures against occupational hazards, promotes healthy living and working conditions.
- Takes part in the implementation of health and safety policies and ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety legislations.
- Audits, receives, and stores the clinic, health and safety supplies ensuring that basic needs are available.
- Monitors and handles OSH and HIRAC in compliance to labor requirements.
- Conducts random and scheduled site audits on daily basis in coordination with the Admin Partner.
- Maintains trackers the tracker for the required health and safety data as a resource and for future needs.
- Handles the first aider training in coordination with the labor standard.
- Audits, receives, and stores the medicine and other health related supplies in the clinic and request to be forwarded to HR Admin.
- Work closely with stakeholders on the overall employee health and may suggest to HR Supervisor about up-to-date initiatives that the company can implement under an effective and efficient costing.
- Prepares monthly medical reimbursement report, if needed.
- Conduct Rapid Testing to employees if needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned from time to time including, but not limited to, the monitoring of client sites.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and must be a registered nurse.
- Must have at least 1 year experience working as a health care practitioner or company nurse.
- Preferably 1-2 years experienced Employee specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Certification in basic Occupational Safety and Health, Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) are preferred but not required.
- Fit and able to for onsite work.
- Technologically intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft products such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
- Experience in a monitoring center or BPO is a plus.
- Willing to work in Pasig City.
- Open to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays
