Health Plan and Insurance Administration: Manage daily administration of health plan, insurance coverage, and dental programs by liaising with the COMPANY and CLIENT.
Claims and Billing Coordination: Oversee and monitor additions, deletions, endorsements, billing, and membership IDs for the CLIENT's principals, dependents, and extended dependents in collaboration with the COMPANY, and handle claims for reimbursement.
Medical Support and Reporting: Assist retainer physicians during consultations, handle emergency treatments, dispense medications, and prepare required medical reports for submission to the COMPANY.
Patient Assistance and Documentation: Record and maintain patient medical data, assist patients during confinement, and manage documentation for hospitalization requirements like SSS, PhilHealth, and HMO.
Additional Duties and Emergency Reporting: Report urgent cases to the COMPANY immediately and perform other assigned duties as needed, ensuring thorough communication with the COMPANY and CLIENT.
