Key Competencies: Graduate of a B.S/ in Nursing and have passes the Nursing Board Examination and duly licensed to practice nursing in the Philippines.
Have undergone the OHNAP course from a DOH/DOLE accredited safety training organization.
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, able to deal with internal and external customers.
Good computer skills and able to make presentations and conduct health talks/trainings.
Capability in maintaining a health reporting records system and submit annual DOLE health report.
At least 1 year nursing care experience. Previous experience as a company nurse in manufacturing setting is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Give treatments allowed by the nursing profession.
Make referrals for advance treatment.
Visit employees confined in hospitals, manage case and give updates.
Promote health awareness among employees through health talks, health bulletins, counselling, etc.
Remain up to date with current health and safety legislations.
Assist in incident investigations that results to occupational illness/injuries.
Monitor and track annual physical examinations of employees.
Evaluate employee's fitness for duty.
Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations.
Maintain and keep track inventories of medical tools and equipment.

Responsible for general administrative duties (e.g. management support, typing, mail delivery & collection, records)
Ensure all incoming and out-coming mail / parcels are processed as per company procedures.
Ensure all timekeeping records for employees are maintained as per company procedures.

Ensure sanitation is maintained in the designated areas.
Ensure authorization procedures are adhered to.
