- Benefits Administration & Compliance:
Ensure benefits policies and procedures are properly implemented and compliant with government regulations.- Process and monitor employees availment of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company-initiated programs.
Process enrollment reports for new hires to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Maintain and update accurate benefits databases.
Act as a liaison with government institutions like SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.- Process statutory compensation-related documents (Certificate of Contribution, Maternity, Sickness benefit certification, reimbursements, etc.)
Process the filing of employees maternity, sickness, and other notifications with SSS, ensuring completeness of requirements.
- Assist in securing mandatory requirements for new hires (Tax Identification Number, PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-IBIG numbers).
Endorse newly regularized employees to HMO and Group Life Insurance.- Formulate and revise benefits policies, as needed.
Employee Support & Communication:- Assist with the onboarding process, explaining benefit options to new hires.
Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.- Process claims and answer benefit-related inquiries from employees in a timely and courteous manner.
Orient newly eligible employees and process enrollment forms, changes, and loan requests.
- Provide assistance in communicating information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures.
Assist in HR-initiated events such as cascade sessions and special projects.
Obtains and records vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure) of employees seeking medical consultation. Monitors and documents their health conditions.- Provides initial first aid treatment for illnesses or injuries, coordinating referral to a hospital for further medical care when necessary.
Liaises with emergency personnel, hospitals, and relevant parties to facilitate emergency hospitalization if needed.
- Offers health counseling to employees based on their individual needs.
Preferably with at least 6 months related experience in benefits or clinic management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
