Provide consultation services, first aid treatments, and medications to employees.Create an inventory of medicines and other medical supplies.
- Handle health maintenance services and prepare Annual Medical reports for submission to DOLE.
Control dispensing of vitamins and medicine supplies to employees.
- Validate and approve sick leave applications. Report to immediate superior any discrepancies found in the leave application.
Provide assistance to employees in availing medical services through HMO accredited hospitals, as needed.
- Assist with Employee Relation issues such as addressing employee concerns, development and implementation of HR policies regarding health and safety.
Prepare health and safety reports including but not limited to summary of consultations and sick applications and COVID monitoring.
