Monitor and Process GHIP Reimbursements.
Vaccine cards, Clearance forms, and fleet card monitoring.
Scan, file, and monitors documents and billings in-and- out from the department.
Coordinates with manpower agencies regarding billings and RFPs.
Updating of 201 folders
Facilitates the distribution of office supplies per department.
Assist Company Physician during weekly visits.
Creation of RFP, PR Requests, P.O. creation, and MSR (as needed).
Processes Gate Pass.
Performs other task as may be assigned from time to time.
