Company Nurse (Open for FRESH GRADUATE)

_OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES_

• BASIC FUNCTIONS as COMPANY NURSE:

The company nurse will report directly to the HR Manager and will be under the HR Department

• Administers nursing care to ill and injured employees needing emergency medical aid, dispense medicines and maintains record system

Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide basic emergency treatment to employees

• Ensures that all employees undergo annual check-up

Designs and implements health care programs for the employees.

• Implements health information system of the company

Provides assistance for human resources when it comes to employee relations and communications

• Coordinate with Red Cross for bloodletting activities of the company

Other official duties that may be assigned by immediate superior

• Required Education, Skills, and Qualification

Registered Nurse with updated PRC License;

• Required skills: Basic Life Support & First Aid;

With Basic Occupational Health & Safety Training ;

• Work experience in an industrial or corporate setting as company nurse is an advantage;

Can do multiple tasks with minimum supervision within set deadlines;

• Possesses a strong sense of urgency and responsibility;

Highly organized with keen attention to detail;

• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Strong oral and written communication skills; and

• Willing to work on a graveyard shift schedule
