This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Nurse at Open Access BPO located in Davao. The Company Nurse will be responsible for providing healthcare services, promoting a healthy work environment, conducting health screenings, administering first aid, and maintaining health records for employees.

• Registered Nurse license
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
• Experience in providing first aid and emergency response
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Experience in conducting health assessments and screenings
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and treatments
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
