Company Nurse

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, and internal policies.

Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries and accidents. Accompany patients to hospitals if necessary.

• Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies, and in charge of the request for replenishment.

Coordinate employee needs and records with the company health provider.

• Develop and implement health and safety programs.

Create and manage disease prevention programs, such as smoking cessation, exercise, and healthy eating.

• Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace.

Observe and assess the work environment for potential dangers and hazards.

• Oversee and implement emergency and disaster preparedness programs and planning.

Counsel employees on physical and mental health issues and guide them on community resources and, or employee assistance programs.

• Monitor the health status of employees.

Conduct research on the effects of hazardous work conditions and workplace exposures, gather data, and report findings to the employer.

• Other HR Tasks that may be assigned.

• Requirements:

Graduate of BS Nursing

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in corporate setting

Experienced in the creation and submission of mandatory (DOLE and OSH) reports

• OHNAP Certificate is a plus but not a requirement

Preferably residing in the Makati area or nearby cities
