Your Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with their healthcare inquiries through non voice channels.
Provide accurate and timely information based on clients needs.- Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service.
College graduate with a PHRN license.- Strong communication skills.
At least one year of bedside experience or company nurse experience with C.O.E.
