Responsible for managing and improving safety practices and programs of the company in order to promote a safe environment, thus ensuring a hazard-free workplace and correcting unsafe work practices.
Perform regular weekly safety audits and inspections
Conduct related internal safety training and seminars. Provide and conduct continuous safety orientation to all employees.
Responsible for the implementation of the PPE program of the company.
Prepare and submit monthly safety performance indicators and related reports.
Conduct and reviews results of accident investigations and implementation of accident prevention.
Monitors compliance to OSH standards and formulate corrective and preventive action to eliminate/minimize its occurrence
Assists government agencies in conducting all safety-related inspections for the purpose of regulatory compliance
