DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Coordinates annual physical exam schedules.
Administers personalized interventions such as medication and wound treatment in the workplace.- Assist all injured employees and bring them to nearest hospital if needed.
Verifies medical certificates presented by employees.
- Collaborates with the Safety Practitioner and Client's Safety Committee in planning and execution of Health and Safety Programs.
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies every month.- Supports the Emergency Response Team who will lead and manage emergency situations.
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
- Communicate with management on the regular basis.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Graduate of Bachelor of Science with a Degree in Nursing- Previous work experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
Strong attention to details
- Excellent in communication and organization skills.
Candidate must be willing to render over time and do shifting schedule.- Has presence of mind and can work well even under pressure
