Processes/Duties: Research and promote wellness and health programs relevant to the needs of the business and the employees in a timely manner.
Serves as the point person to all wellness and health activities implemented by the HR Department.
Contact external vendors in planning, preparing and executing company sponsored events and programs.
Administers Medications, dresses wounds, interprets physician instruction to patients, assists with emergency and minor cases and performs related task as directed.
Prepares monthly statements and medicine expense/ supply usage of clinic expenses.
Consult and coordinates with HMO Provider for enrolment and deletion of employees and other related concerns.
Monitors HMO Billings and prepare payment request in a timely manner or as needed.
Organize the Annual Physical Exam, Drug Test, vaccination, wellness seminars and health bulletins of the employees.
Maintain medical and other related records of all employees, examine and make sure that the sick employees submit fit certificate.
Conduct calls and communication to employees who have filed Sick Leave and check their symptoms and other sickness concerns.
Provide Sick Leave Report to the Immediate Head of the employees who are on Sick Leave.
Prepares Monthly Activity and Reports for DOLE Compliance such as but not limited to WAIR Report.
Other Tasks:
Provides administrative support to Accounting and Admin and HR as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and have passed the Board Exam/registered nurse.
BOSH Certification is an advantage.
Must have at least 1-2 years working experience as a Company Nurse in an industrial setting.
Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
Must be computer literate (MS Office in particular)
Must be able to multi-task and have excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Great attention to details and time management skills.
Fast and accurate keyboard skills, with proper spelling and grammar
Can work with minimal supervision.
