JOB DESCRIPTION:- Maintains employee health records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality and feedback to management.
Conducts health assessment of health status of employees.- Renders first aid or assistance to employees and customers in admission to healthcare facility if needed.
Maintains, issues and monitors medical supplies and equipment within the prescribed budgeted resources.
- Conducts physical examination to newly on board and sick employees and evaluate if they are already fir to work.
Coordinates and ensures compliance by employees to company annual physical examinations.- Assist with the accident investigation program to identify root cause analysis and send incident reports to HR Supervisor and Manager.
Posts health advisory in company bulletins and coordinates right agencies to conduct lectures or forum for employees.
- Appraising the safety and health hazards in the work environment.
Ensures that the company is up to date with public health and employment safety regulations.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor of Science in Nursing- Must be a Registered Nurse, with up-to-date license.
With at least 1 year nursing work experience either in clinic / hospital based or industrial setting.
- With good judgment and decision making
Adequate in oral and interpersonal skills- Knowledge in MS Office applications
