Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Company Nurse is responsible in promoting a healthy and productive work environment by establishing planned programs on healthy life style and good work-life balance. Provides medical administrative support to the HR Supervisor and the Company Physician.
  • Qualifications:
  • Graduate of BS Nursing
Must be a licensed nurse
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience related to the position
Knowledge in OSH, Industrial/Clinical setting and processes of HMO
  • Can start immediately
Willing to be assigned in FCIE, Dasma Cavite
  • A. ON MEDICAL
  • Provides nursing services to ill and injured employees including application of first-aid procedure.

  • Performs basic nursing functions which include monitoring and tracking of vital signs, issuance of over-the-counter medicines and treatment of wounds.

  • Prepares patient evaluation and refers patients to the Company Physician for proper medical attention.

  • Escorts patients to nearby clinics and hospitals for proper medical treatment.

  • Performs the initial stage of physical examination for newly hired employees and submits the Physical Examination Report form to the Company Physician. Ensures that no employee is made to start to work Without undergoing the physical examination and a favorable medical condition certified by the Company Physician.

  • Ensures completeness and accuracy of medical records of employees.

  • Coordinates with accredited clinics and facilitates the conduct of smooth and orderly annual physical examination and employee vaccination programs.

  • Conducts home visits to employees suffering from prolonged sickness or injury. Prepares Home Visit Report and forwards the same to the requesting immediate superior of the concerned employee.

  • Identifies risk factors in the work place that may affect employee productivity and recommends medical programs to address these.

  • Evaluates on a periodic basis the services of medical, life and accident insurance providers based on employee feedback. Recommends solutions to address issues if there's any.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
