Basic Job Requirements:- Must be a Registered Nurse
Single/Married- With or without experience
Computer Literate
- With BOSH Training Certificate is a plus, but not necessary

Assists Company Doctor in time of visit in the company/clinic (at least once a week), to cater to medical concerns of the employee.
- Provides medical services in the workplace during an emergency (First aid, treatment, etc.);
Administer over-the-counter medication to employees;- Monitor and replenish medical supplies and equipment;
Keep and maintains employees medical records;
- Responsible for the strict implementation of fit to work certificates of employees as necessary;
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical certificates;- Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company's annual physical and medical examination;
Process the medical reimbursement of employee/s under Life and Health (HMO), if any;
- Submit list of employee/s details for HMO coverage including employee's dependent/s (New & Renewal).
Updates bulletin board posting on recent Health issues and employees welfare, if any.
Administering and reporting of Mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth & HDMF Pag-ibig Fund).- Process SSS Sickness benefit claims, Retirement, Death & Burial Benefits
Provide assistance to employees with government benefits concerns such as SSS , HDMF Pag-ibig Fund loan application and others
- Process Philhealth availment (confinement)
Maintain & monitor all government forms such as SSS, Phil Health & HDMF and making sure these forms are up to date.- Attend Seminars related to Health or the Mandated Gov't. updates, if any.
Maintaining records of the employees leave forms..
- Process and submit Salary Loan, sickness notification, and Reimbursement of sickness through (online/walk-in) to the SSS and Pag-ibig for Employees.
Prepare and submit SSS Contribution remittance and Salary/Calamity Loan Payment to accounting- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
