- Plan and recommends sufficient stocks of first aid medicine and reasonable acquisition of necessary medical equipment and kits.
- Examines and treat employee's sickness and injuries / First Aid Application.
- Prepares and submits mandatory reportorial requirements and documents concerning Occupational Safety and Health of the company to government.
- Prepare summary reports of employee's sickness.
- Monitor and Update Employee's Health Care.
- Accompany employees to hospital whenever there are emergency cases.
7 Approve sick leaves and return to work from sick leave. Application of Leave policy.
8 Monitors implementation of company's Prevention and Control policy pertaining to health and safety welfare of employees.
9 Plans activities / provides health lectures that will help employee's boost their mental, physical and emotional being.
10 Deal with HMO provider interms of doctor and hospital accreditation and employee claims.
11 Others assigned by the Supervisor.
