Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
Attend preliminary consultation of all employees and do referral to the accredited doctor or hospital, as needed.- Administer first dose over-the-counter medicine after evaluating the employee's condition with due care.
Conduct awareness training / information campaign regarding health.
- Monitor, control, and safe keeps employees medical record with high level of confidentiality.
Encoding, sorting, recording, and filing of medical records.- Perform other administrative functions related to HRM, GA matters.
