Position Summary:- Assess employees health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing health plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent employees and or visitors.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
At least 6 months working experience of the same capacity or background- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records- Administer medications to patients and monitor patience for reactions or side effects
Record patient's medical information and vital signs
- Monitor, record, report symptoms or changes in patient's conditions
Consult and coordinate with Heath care team members to access, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans- Coordinate with the Safety Officer/ Pollution Control Officer and EHS committee for matters relating to safety programs being implemented in the company
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:30
