Company Nurse:
Administers first aid treatment on sick or injured employees before referring them to the hospital for further medical treatment.
Taking vital signs of a patient employee who comes for consultation such as taking their temperature and blood pressure.
Coordinates with hospital and others, if emergency hospitalization is needed.
Coordinates with the company's healthcare provider and assists facilitation of Annual Physical Examination (APE.)
Implements the Company's health and wellness programs
Maintain an effective and accurate medical record system and observes patient confidentiality at all times
Prepares and submits Annual Medical Report (AMR) and Annual Work Accident/Injury Exposure Data Report (AEDR) and other health-related documents to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Job Qualification:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent)
Must have Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and OHNAP Training.
With experience as a company nurse in an office setting is an advantage.
Able to solve problems and work under minimal supervision.
Newly licensed nurses without clinical experience are also encouraged to apply.
