COMPANY NURSE
- Job Summary: Responsible for providing general first aid to employees when required, assess employee health risks, and promote employee health.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Preparation of documents needed for HR Department
- Incident Accident Report
- Annual Medical Report
- Safety Committee Meeting Report
- Employer Work Incident Accident Report
- Corrective Action for Incident Accident Report
- Maintenance of clinic supplies
- Monthly clinic inventory
- Monitoring of medicine expiration dates and clinic supplies
- Keeping of medical records
- Requesting for clinic supplies and budget for medicines
- Schedule and conduct of Orientation
- Schedule and conduct seminar
- Make master list schedule for health and safety seminar for the whole year based on DOH
- Coordinate to company doctor regarding health topic seminar and look for participant
- Checking of medical records
- Review Annual Medical Result
- Make a report based on Annual Medical Report
- Coordinate to company doctor for checkup of all employees
- Checking medical records for all newly hired employee
- Filling and securing all medical records
- Getting of Health Id, Working Perming and Health Certificate of BFFI employees
- Prepare copy of medical records
- Prepare picture for working permit
- Conducting Health Program Activities
- Wellness
- Posting health awareness topic to bulletin board
- Leaflets
- Giving First Aid/ Blood Pressure Monitoring
- Interview patient regarding incident accident
- Coordinate to supervisor for corrective action
- Refer patient to hospital depending on types of wounds
- Requesting medical certificate for fit to work
- Monitoring blood pressure of all employees especially hypertensive patient
- Checking first aid kit
- Summary of Incident and Accident Report Monthly
- Follow up for corrective action
- Making sure the availability of PPE
- Requesting LOA to client care for consultation and laboratory
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: - 8 hour shift

- Pulilan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
