Summary:We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Company Nurse to join our team and play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, dedicated to providing quality healthcare services and fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
Provide basic healthcare services to employees, including first aid, treatment of minor injuries and illnesses, administering medications and health screenings.
Conduct confidential health assessments and consultations with employees regarding their health concerns.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with government regulations.
Manage and monitor employee workers compensation claims (if applicable).
Coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare providers for employees requiring further medical attention.
Serve as the focal person of all Store Nurses in assisting the HRBP and Training team to facilitate and promote employee wellness programs, including health education workshops, flu shot clinics, and healthy lifestyle initiatives.
Provide resources and support to employees regarding healthy living practices, preventative care, and stress management. _(Special projects)_
Stay up to date on current health and wellness trends and best practices.
- Occupational Health and Safety:
Participate in workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments conducted by Bureau of Fire Protection and DOLE-Occupational Safety and Health.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, promoting infection control practices.
Assist with the development and implementation of safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans.
Educate employees on workplace safety procedures and safe work practices.
- Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, supervisors, and other healthcare providers.
Collaborate with Human Resources on employee health-related issues and work accommodations.
Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to employee health and wellness initiatives.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting or occupational health nursing (preferred).
Experience in providing first aid, administering medication), and performing basic health screenings.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical healthcare practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of the HR team.
Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving approach.
