Job Description- Update file and submit medical and health government compliance reports.
Assist departments in carrying out various human resources program and planning activities.- Coordinate employee needs and records with company health provider (insurance/HMO).
Pay home visits to sick employees and accompany/assist in transfer to hospital or clinic whenever necessary.
- Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies and request for replenishment.
Help promote overall physical and mental well-being awareness to employees.- Attend health and other related seminar outside company premises as needed.
