DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries/accidents
Responsible for coordinating with the partner medical facility the reservation for the annual APE of the employees- Act as the point person for pre-employment medical exams, results, and other HMO-related matters.
Monitor and assist benefits claims of employees for maternity and HMO reimbursement, etc.
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses within the workplace.
Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, other DOLE reports, and other regulatory agencies.- Monitor inventory of medicine, pantry and office supplies and in-charge of the request for replenishment
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist in HR, Accounting and any other Admin tasks.
Manage office supplies and inventory, replenishing items as needed.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
REQUIREMENTS:- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Registered nurse with an active PRC license
Keen attention to detail.- Strong administrative and organizational ability
Commitment to comply with confidentiality, security, and data privacy policies and laws
- Preferred qualifications include BOSH and OHNAP certification. Candidates without these certifications must be willing to undergo company-paid training.
