Safe and Efficient Deliveries: Transport finished products, supplies, and materials to customers, warehouses, and distributors while ensuring on-time delivery.
Vehicle Inspections: Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any maintenance needs.
Route Planning & Optimization: Collaborate with dispatch to optimize routes, adhere to schedules, and adjust to traffic conditions.
Compliance: Maintain accurate driving logs and comply with all relevant transportation regulations (including hours of service, weight restrictions).
Customer Interaction: Provide updates on deliveries and handle basic customer requests with professionalism.
Minor Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed (checking fluids, tire pressure, etc.)
Job Requirements:
Valid professional driver's license (PDL) with a clean driving record. Submission of a certification of no-violation for past 1 year from LTO is preferred
1+ years of commercial driving experience (light to medium-duty trucks preferred). Experience with flatbeds or tankers a plus.
Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed for loading/unloading duties.
Familiarity with road safety regulations and compliance
