MAIN RESPONSIBILTY: Pick and Drop Off Employees on Site and Delivery of company assets.
To ensure the safety of the company stocks from the time the stocks leave the company premises to the time they are delivered to and received by the correct person. _(Siguraduhin ang kaligtasan ng mga stocks na ide-deliver mula sa oras na lumabas ang mga stocks sa kumpanya hanggang matanggap ng dapat na taong tatanggap ng ide-deliver na stocks.)_
To ensure that all deliveries are covered by the correct company documents. _(Siguraduhin na ang lahat ng ide-deliver ay may tamang dokumento)._
To deliver the products to the customer and ensure that these are received by the customer.(_Siguraduhing maihatid ang mga produkto sa customer at matiyak na ang mga ito ay natanggap ng customer)_.
To advise concerned party/parties if there are changes in delivery routes and schedules. _(Sabihan ang taong may kinalaman sa delivery kung may pagbabago sa ruta at oras ng delivery)_
To coordinate with Administration regarding tune-up and maintenance of vehicles assigned to them and ensure that the tune-up and maintenance schedules are followed. _(I-coordinate sa Finance, Administration & HR Department ang mga detalye tungkol sa maintenance ng mga sasakyan at siguruduhin na masusunod ang maintenance schedules ng mga ito.)_
To follow company policy on proper grooming (clean clothes and shoes, ID, hair, etc) as representatives of the company. _(Sundin ang rules and regulations ng kumpanya tungkol sa kalinisan ng pangangatawan.)_
To perform other functions that may be assigned to the employee from time to time. _8. _Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time.(_Gamitin ang apps ng navigation para sa ruta at kaalaman ng lugar upang maihatid ang bagahe sa mga kustomers sa tamang oras.)_ _9. _Interact with customers in a professional manner. (_Makipag-ugnay sa mga kustomers sa isang propesyonal na paraan)._
