JOB DESCRIPTION- As a Company Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of our team members. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for shuttling Account Executives for their sales calls, when needed, you'll also be driving other personnel. This position comes with a 5-month contract, involving 40 hours of work per week, spanning 8 hours each day from Monday to Friday. Your dedication to reliable and secure driving, along with your collaboration with employees of the Sales Department, will contribute to the success of our operations throughout this contract period.
- Minimum of an elementary graduate.
At least two (2) years of driving experience, proficient in operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Holder of a valid Non-Professional driver's license with Code B from the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
Physically and mentally fit for private vehicle operation, possessing excellent eyesight and senses necessary for safe driving on public roads.- With a commendable moral character and a clean record free from any derogatory marks.
- JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drives company vehicles to pick or drop employees on designated time and location.
Ensures the safety and security of all employee passengers.- Delivers important documents to required destinations
Chooses best routes to destinations by using maps and GPS
- Records the odometer and the pick/drop time of employees.
Ensures that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient- Keeps vehicle clean and maintained at all times
Performs preventative and regular maintenance on vehicle
- Performs other tasks, duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
