Proven driving skills and experience
No major preventable accidents within the last 12 months
Good references from past employers
Must be able to meet all LTO drug screens, road tests, and legal qualifications
No reckless or careless driving citations in the last 1 year
No more than 4 moving violations in the last 1 year
Professional driver's license with restriction 2-3
