Job Summary:As a Company Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our company executives, employees, and clients. Your responsibilities will include driving company vehicles, maintaining them in good condition, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. You will also provide logistical support and assistance as needed to contribute to the smooth operation of company activities.
Safe and Reliable Driving:- Safely operate company vehicles in adherence to all traffic laws and regulations.
Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and the vehicle at all times.Transportation Services:
Provide transportation for company executives, employees, clients, and guests as required.
- Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Perform regular maintenance checks on company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods, materials, and equipment as necessary.- Help in carrying out administrative tasks such as picking up and delivering documents, parcels, and other items.
Customer Service:- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with passengers and clients.
Provide assistance to passengers as needed during transit.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, trips, and fuel consumption.
- Complete daily vehicle inspection logs and reports.
Adherence to Schedule:
- Adhere to assigned schedules and timelines for transportation services.
Communicate any delays or changes in plans promptly.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle interior and exterior.- Follow company policies and procedures related to vehicle use and safety protocols.
Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.- Valid driver's license 1,2 and 3 with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of local traffic and road regulations.
- Excellent driving skills and familiarity with navigating various routes.
Ability to handle minor vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks.- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in defensive driving are a plus.
