Certifications: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS is highly desirable.

Requirements:
Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to cover the clinic's operational hours in alignment with the company's 7-day work schedule and be amenable to schedule changes based on business needs. Consultation Hours: 9 AM - 2 PM and 7 PM - 2 AM.
Clinic Coverage: Ability to provide seamless clinic coverage when the nurse is unavailable due to illness, emergencies, or other absences.
Health Management: Competency in conducting employee health assessments, overseeing health programs, and recommending proactive wellness measures for the workplace.
Emergency Preparedness: Expertise in handling workplace-related injuries and managing medical emergencies.
Administrative Competency: Ability to maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation, ensuring all regulatory standards and requirements are met.
Occupational Health Expertise: Knowledgeable in occupational health practices, workplace safety protocols, and the management of work-related illnesses or injuries.
