The Company Doctor implements health and wellness programs. They conduct medical consultations and manage work-related health diseases.

• Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and thorough physical examinations of employees

• Administer personalized interventions such as medication, wound treatment, etc.

Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees in case of work-related injuries or illnesses

• Promote the health and safety of employees by helping manage occupational health policies and corporate wellness programs

• Minimum Qualifications

Registered physician with active PRC license

• BCOM certification is required, but may be secured within 6 months of employment
