The Community Relations Officer (CRO) is responsible for engaging the company's key stakeholders in government, the host communities, and the private sector to support the company's business objectives and vision.
The CRO shall also help enhance FPIPs public image and reputation by promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and programs.
What you'll be doing:
Government and Community Engagement - Networking, Stakeholder Management
- Help develop and execute strategies to foster engagement with government agencies, host communities, and partners.
- Represent the company in stakeholder events and meetings.
- Provide guidance on how to manage key stakeholders.
- Monitor and track local or national issues that may potentially affect the company's image and reputation.
- Report government contacts and community sentiment to the team.
- Helped manage the company's network database.
Implement Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility of FPIP
- Help design and implement key Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs based on FPIP 54321 goals and CSR policy, reaching out to communities where FPIP operates and neighboring affected communities.
- Prepare and design a Corporate Social Responsibility plan with a corresponding implementation timeline, budget, beneficiaries, and output. Manage, monitor, and organize FPIP's projects and programs including the employee volunteerism program.
- Provide a tracking report on the progress of the FPIP's CSR activities to implement the program calendar on time for a year.
- Propose programs or initiatives that address community issues or concerns.
- Prepare and design a project that can address community issues or concerns with the corresponding implementation timeline, budget, beneficiaries, and output.
- Manage, monitor, and organize FPIP's projects and programs including the employee volunteerism program.
- Provide a tracking report on the progress of the FPIP's CSR activities to implement the program calendar on time for a year.
Special Projects
- Handle special projects and various ad hoc tasks as assigned
What we're looking for:
- Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Social Sciences, a Master's Degree in similar fields is an advantage
- Experience: With at least 3 years of work experience in government relations or community work
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Amenable to work onsite [willing to travel and work in Pasig City, Batangas (shuttle provided), and other areas as needed]
