Responsibilities- Take charge of the growth and engagement in our social media platforms particularly the Discord server.
Manage and moderate engagement on the server- Build a positive relationship with the community members by providing timely and helpful responses to their inquiries.
Provide daily and weekly status reports through data gathering to gauge community growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to act as the voice of the players.
Maintain community guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members.
Preferably knowledgeable and well-versed in basketball- Must be fluent in English
