OVERVIEW: As a Community Manager, you will be essential in managing and nurturing client relationships across our three key offerings: online courses, the client's AI tool and business advisory services. You'll also take charge of generating new leads through a blend of paid and unpaid media channels. Collaborating closely with the founder, you'll develop and implement marketing strategies across earned, owned, and paid channels, with a strong emphasis on community building and lead generation. Think of yourself as the party host for our brand, making sure everyone is engaged and knows exactly where to go.

As Community Client Success Manager you are responsible for the following:
Manage and nurture relationships across our product lines.- Oversee client interactions to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.

Analyze engagement data to optimize our community and marketing efforts.- Report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- At Least more than 5 years of experience in community management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media and community-building strategies.- Experience with paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google.
Familiarity with tech tools like WordPress, ConvertKit, ClickFunnels, and more.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
A passion for customer-centric brand building.
