Specific ObjectivesAs a Community Ambassador Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaged community by managing ambassador programs and peer groups, ensuring members feel connected and supported.
Key Responsibilities:Ambassador and Peer Group Host Recruitment:
- Goal: Recruit influential and passionate community members as ambassadors or peer group hosts.
- Expected Outcome: Increase ambassador numbers and engagement through targeted recruitment strategies and outreach efforts.
Ambassador Onboarding and Training:
- Goal: Successfully onboard new ambassadors and peer group hosts by providing ongoing training. Create the agenda and when needed, host the monthly meetings.
- Expected Outcome: Achieve 100% completion rate for ambassador onboarding sessions and training modules, ensuring ambassadors are well-prepared and aligned with community goals.
Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Goal: Foster strong relationships with ambassadors and peer group hosts to enhance their engagement.
- Expected Outcome: Increase engagement measured through participation in community initiatives, content creation, and event attendance.
Ambassador Program Development:
- Goal: Develop and optimize the ambassador program structure and impact.
- Expected Outcome: Implement at least two new program enhancements annually to improve ambassador satisfaction and effectiveness in advocacy efforts.
Peer Group Management:
- Goal: Oversee the development and maintenance of peer groups within the community.
