Communication Coach Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the local L&D team to deliver communication training focused on English, business, and cultural communication skills.
• Coach professionals on communication plans and track their progress.
• Enhance existing programs by incorporating cultural business content.
• Review and implement learning materials from training partners and vendors.
• Organize social and learning events to raise awareness of the TCC program.
• Build relationships with local leadership to understand required communication competencies and refine coaching accordingly.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs targeting specific communication skills in line with business needs.
• Lead and support learning projects to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Utilize digital platforms for communication training delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in language teaching, learning solution development, or project management in a blended learning environment (F2F and online).
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional methods, especially in language and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and lead projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with diverse groups and adapting to varied professional environments.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.

Education:

• Masters degree/Certificate/Diploma in English, ELL, ESL, or related fields from a recognized institution.
• CELTA/TESOL certification is a plus.
