Communication Brand Specialist
The Communication Brand Specialist will be responsible for developing and designing the firm's brand identity, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence across all platforms.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Branding and Graphic Design
Provide strategic input and direction for the brand, including the development of style guides, templates, and other branding materials.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to develop techniques that enhance the firm's brand.
Work with the Markets team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the firm's mission and values.
Maintain a consistent corporate image across all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
Develop and recommend new media strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.
Create designs and visual concepts that communicate information through images, art, and photographs.
Develop images and content that convey the firm's vision and core values.
Content Writing
Create and manage content for various communication channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Craft compelling and concise scripts for social media posts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on the target audience's behaviors.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least four years of experience as a Branding Specialist or in a similar Marketing role.
Proven experience in developing and implementing Brand Strategies.
Proficient in graphic design with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop).
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
