Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commission-Based Recruitment Consultant to source, screen, and place candidates for our international clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify qualified talent from our and your pool and match them with job openings provided by our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering high-quality candidates within a short time frame. The role is commission-based, offering a payout of PHP 10,000 to PHP 15,000 per successfully hired candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with top candidates from our talent pool or through your own networks for international roles.

Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for overseas clients.

Fast Placement: Ensure speedy delivery of qualified candidates to meet tight deadlines and client demands.

Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience.

Reporting: Maintain detailed records of candidate progress and keep clients updated on hiring statuses. Reference checks and background checks.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in sourcing talent for overseas companies.
• Proven ability to source and place candidates quickly in competitive industries.
• Strong knowledge of the international job market and trends in remote work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using various recruitment platforms and databases to identify top talent.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client needs simultaneously.

Compensation:

PHP 10,000 - PHP 15,000 commission per successfully placed candidate.
