The primary focus is on commissions, which need to be calculated and checked for accuracy in the statements.- Calculate commissions based on predefined commission structures, performance metrics, or transaction data. This involves complex calculations and often requires the use of Word Excel or spreadsheets.
Analyze sales and transaction data to verify the accuracy of commission calculations, and identify discrepancies.- Collaborate with sales teams, agents, and departments to address commission-related inquiries, clarify commission structures, and resolve disputes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related courses
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience- Tertiary qualification in Computing and/ or Mathematics
Strong knowledge or skill in MS Excel or spreadsheet
