Washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting and chopping of fruits, vegetables, poultry and meat on a daily basis.- Organizing and correctly storing food supplies while maintaining an inventory log sheet.
Dispatch products for delivery on a daily basis and keep the Dispatching Monitoring Sheet up to date.
- Maintaining machinery and production line equipment on a daily basis by updating the Equipment Log and reports all observed equipment malfunctions to immediate superior to avoid production delays as needed.
Packs and labeled all of the finished product within standards and updating the Packing Monitoring Log.- Ensures daily inventory is done, monitoring of stocks and ordering of new supplies based on production.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level
With at least 1 year working experience on the same capacity
- Must be keen to details, organize and can work with minimal supervision
