Supervising and coordinating the activities of kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared, baked, and stored according to standard recipes and food safety guidelines.- Monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies, placing orders as needed, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of items to minimize waste.
Inspecting food products to ensure they meet quality standards and conducting regular audits of kitchen practices to maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
- Training new employees on kitchen procedures, safety protocols, and food preparation techniques, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Liaising with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and sales, to coordinate production schedules and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.- Ensuring that all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
At Least 2 years experience as Commissary Supervisor or any related field- Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course
Willing to work long hours; shifting schedule with Saturday/Sunday
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
