Job Description

Lead and optimize our commissary operations to deliver exceptional product quality and efficiency. Reporting directly to the COO, you will develop and execute strategies to support our company's growth while ensuring adherence to the highest food safety and quality standards.

  • Responsibilities
Oversee daily commissary operations, including production, inventory, and quality control.
  • Assist in developing long-term strategies and process improvements for the commissary.
Help in creating a long-term vision for the team, aligning with the overall goals of the company
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Set specific and achievable KPIs to guide the teams activities and measure success over time, related to production efficiency, operational costs, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team on new product development and recipe refinement. Identify opportunities for sub recipe innovation, cost savings, and process improvements, either through changes in the operation or through sourcing for new equipment.
Develop and maintain contingency plans to address unexpected events that may disrupt production, such as equipment breakdowns or ingredient shortages
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through effective leadership and development. Guiding the team to nurture professional development and skills enhancement.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and optimize commissary budget and resources.
Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

  • Qualifications


Proven experience in commissary management within the food industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of food production, quality control, and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong financial acumen and cost management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
